Hosting

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Technically necessary data such as your IP address and browser information is processed to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Consent, analytics and marketing

We only use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Data may be transferred to the USA. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.

Contact and applications

If you contact us (by email, phone or via our contact and staff request forms) or apply, we process your data to handle your request or application (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare function and forwarded to our mailbox by email; they are not stored on the website. We only share your application documents with client companies with your consent. Without placement or employment, we delete application data no later than six months after the process ends, unless you agree to longer storage.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for us the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
