In temporary work you are employed by ONOX and work at one of our client companies for a certain period. You receive your employment contract and salary from ONOX, in line with the applicable statutory and collective agreement rules for temporary work.
What is the difference between temporary work and direct placement?
With direct placement, you are hired directly by the client company. With temporary work, ONOX remains your employer while you work at the client.
